1. UAE Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all emirates in the UAE via reliable couriers.

2. Delivery Timeframes
   • Same Emirate: 1–2 business days
   • Other Emirates: 2–4 business days
   • Remote areas: additional time may apply

Shipping durations may vary for heavy, bulky, or special-order electrical items.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are shown at checkout.
• Free delivery may apply above a certain order value (optional—tell me if you want this added).

4. Order Processing

Orders placed:

• Before [cutoff time]→ processed same day
• On weekends/holidays → processed next business day

5. Delivery Attempts

Couriers will make 2–3 attempts.
Re-delivery may require additional charges if:

• The customer is unavailable
• Wrong address/phone number is provided

6. Damaged / Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged:

• Report within 24–48 hours
• Provide photos/videos
  We will arrange replacement or inspection based on the product-specific return rules.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier delays
• Public holidays
• Weather events
• Customs or regulatory inspections (if applicable)
